Clinical Manager
For 3-person supported living arrangement. Extensive experience working
with individuals with autism is required. Ability to implement intensive
behavioral programs and coordinate other clinical services. Strong sensory
component. This new position has potential growth opportunity. Must be
willing to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include training
staff and working collaboratively with House Manager on the supervision of
staff. Computer knowledge required, degree in related field preferred.
30hr/wk @ $30,00/yr -35,000/yr depending on experience.
House Manager
For 3-person supported living arrangement. Supervisory experience and
computer knowledge required. Must be comfortable with intense behavioral
programs. Responsibilities include household management, maintain
required paperwork, scheduling of staff, and working collaboratively with
the Clinical Manager. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
40hr/wk @35,000/yr – 42,000/yr depending on experience.
Vocational Coordinator
To work with young woman
with autism. Intense behavioral needs; including physical aggression.
Must be willing to work with nonconventional definition of work. Ideal
for creative community minded individual. Must be able to work as part of
a team. Staffing ration is 2:1 in vehicle. 35hrs/wk (25hrs/direct &
10hrs/indirect).
Direct Care Staff
FT/PT & on-call positions to work in 3 person supported living arrangement
(SLA). Must be comfortable with intense behavioral needs including
physical aggression. Work primarily consists of one-to-one client
interactions. Must be able to implement therapeutic programs and work as
part of a team. Includes some personal care.
Life Skills
Instructor
2 part time positions
(15hrs per wk). Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL),
experience with deaf culture and with developmentally disabled

Life Skills Instructor (Part-time up to 25hrs per wk)
Seeking energetic bi-lingual (Spanish/English) individual(s) to work with
child with significant disabilities in child’s family home in the
Willimantic area. Must be willing to work before and after school, school
holidays, and weekends. Experience working with individuals with
significant physical and developmental disabilities preferred. Must be
flexible and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
