Patty
Grygorcewicz
Patty has been married 29 years with
one child. She has been in the field 23 years and originally started in
vocational with Easter Seals. She wrote her own grants while training in
house and developed jobs in the community and provided job coaching.
She later went to work for an agency that only worked with DMH and they
wanted to expand to DMR vocational programs and she
was hired to start and expand it.
After many years in the vocational field Patty made
a change to residential and was hired by an agency to expand their
Supported Living programs and that was what eventually brought her to the
ARC . The agency and board wanted to initially to develop a much needed
respite program and Patty was
hired as the Dir. of Individual Family Services and Residential. Thanks to
Patty The Arc now has a respite program.
