The Arc New London County

Trish Banker grew up in Connecticut and has a love for the people and our community. She has worked in a variety of industries. At each job, she learned new skills and enhanced the team with her contributions.  Trish discovered her love for Human Resources at Mystic Color Lab, and her years of experience in HR have only cultivated her gift.

Trish began working with The Arc New London County more than a year ago and now serves on our Leadership Team as Human Resources Director. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a spirit of cooperation to our organization. Trish’s generous spirit and open mind make her a perfect fit both for the Human Resources field and for The Arc.
